What makes London Dry Gin so special?
A London Dry Gin must meet strict requirements. All aromas are created exclusively during distillation through the use of natural botanicals such as juniper, citrus fruits and selected spices. No artificial additives or subsequently added aromas may be used. The result is a clear, dry gin in which juniper always plays the main role. The term "dry" indicates that at least 50% of the mash must consist of juniper berries.

For our gin, we only use botanicals from the best growing regions in the world. We rely on the expertise of the renowned company Kaiserkraft, one of the leading spice traders in Austria.
The production combines years of experience and care: high-quality herbs and fruits are soaked in neutral alcohol (fine distillate from wheat) for 48 hours and then gently distilled. After several days of rest, the gin is adjusted to drinking strength and cooled down to 2 degrees Celsius for two days before being carefully filtered. After being stored for two weeks in a stainless steel tank, our gin is finally bottled - ready to unfold its unique taste.
